What to bring

For you

  • Driver license or state issued photo ID
  • Registration to transfer, if any

Sometimes requested by lenders

  • Proof of income: recent pay stubs, W2, or tax return
  • Proof of address: utility bill, bank statement, or lease

Trade-in vehicles

  • Title or registration card, and the lien release if there was a loan
  • Keys, spare keys, key cards, and security codes
  • Owner's manual
  • Stock parts and accessories
  • Extended warranty or service records

Payment

  • Dealer financing, with great rates
  • Cash, US currency
  • Personal check, Alabama residents only
  • Cashier's check payable to Dothan Powersports
  • Credit or debit card, $1,000 limit per transaction

For the voyage home

  • Riding gear: helmet, gloves, jacket, pants, boots
  • Tie downs or straps for securing your new vehicle
  • A purchase usually takes 60 to 90 minutes. Arrive by 4 PM on weekdays and by 2 PM on Saturdays.

Where to park, load, and unload

  • Trailer parking. The trailer-length spots along the main driveway nearest Ross Clark Circle. To leave, pull to the rear of the building, where there is room to turn around, and exit back onto Ross Clark Circle. There is no outlet behind the building.
  • Customer parking. Cars, trucks, and motorcycles park in the front lot by the main showroom.
  • Service drop off. On the side of the main showroom.
  • Loading dock. Load and unload behind the main showroom. A ramp is there for you to use.
  • Off road showroom and the Blue Plate. The second building, connected to the restaurant.

During your stay

The customer lounge has complimentary coffee, soft drinks, and snacks on your day of purchase, and a television. Want something particular on, or something for the kids? Ask any associate.

We carry one of the largest selections of powersports apparel and accessories in the Wiregrass, in the main showroom. The service department is big, with automotive style lifts and climate control, but it is employees only for insurance reasons.
