Nothing but great service from everyone here. I had a check engine light come on on my side by side. It is still under warranty. Dropped it off on a Saturday without scheduling an appointment. Called the following Thursday to see if it was done. Was told that they’re 6-8 weeks behind. But the service manager said that he knew that I haven’t had it very long and he would see what he could do to get too it in a couple days. He did what he said. A few days after talking to him he called me and said that it was ready. Very good communication and excellent service. Would and have highly recommend to my friends and family.

Awesome experience start to finish. Since I live in Florida they handled everything over the phone and online. (Thanks Dustin) The day I drove over to pick it up, I was in finance immediately, signing paperwork. (Thanks Ian) After that, they went over the bike and even loaded it for me since I forgot my ramp. Our sales person Chris was awesome ! Mr. Owens the General manger took his time out to complete the sales transition due to the volume of customers they had . The guy that delivered out product to the trailer was super in making sure I understood how to work everything. Mrs. Grey I believe her name that helped me pick out a helmet was very informative on what I needed. They proved they are a team because the worked together to sale me a product and made it as simple as possible and not time consuming. I will buy from them again . I arrived at Dothan Powersports around 2pm Saturday. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and knowledgeable about the machine I was interested in. We went on a test drive, filled out a credit application, and within 30 minutes I was signing paperwork. They even let me borrow a trailer to take my new RMAX home. By 6pm I was trail riding in Florida! The best buying experience I’ve had in quite some time. Thanks guys!

Had a couple of recalls done on my Goldwing , the work was performed in a timely fashion. Terry is knowledgeable and professional, the Techs done a great job on the bike.. Kudos to the whole service dept. I recommend these guys for service work 0n the 6th gen Goldwing...(THUMBS UP)

They had a 2024 Honda ADV160 there that I set my mind on but when I was ready to buy it had been sold a few days before! Oh nooo! But the guys at Dothan Powersports weren't about to let my dream be squashed and got one from another dealer and had it in house and ready to ride in just a couple of days. Couldn't be happier with my entire experience here. P. s. I also bought a Honda Navi here in 2023.
