Mr. Townsend started his first venture into the motorcycle business in Dothan, Alabama, in 1950, bringing with him a true enthusiasm for the sport. In 1975, Don Owens joined the business, keeping it in the family, and most recently, Ian Owens, grandson of Mr. Townsend, has been leading the company in growth and strategy as General Manager.
